1. Introduction

Welcome to XLIKE.

By accessing, registering for, or using the XLIKE website, application, membership system, AI generation tools, community features, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

XLIKE is an AI creative tools platform designed for AI content generation, creative design, visual previews, music generation, video creation, jewelry and accessory design, action figure design, and user-generated work sharing.

2. Service Description

XLIKE currently provides the following main features:

AI Image Design

Users can generate AI images, product images, character images, creative images, promotional images, and other visual content through text, image uploads, templates, or other inputs.

AI Video Generation / Video Creation

Users can use AI tools to generate, edit, or assist in creating short videos, showcase videos, promotional videos, and other video content.

AI Music Generation

Users can use AI tools to generate background music, short-form video music, creative music clips, demo tracks, and related audio content.

AI Jewelry / Accessory Design

Users can generate visual references or design previews for jewelry, necklaces, rings, pendants, accessories, and related products based on templates, text, styles, components, size parameters, and other inputs.

AI Action Figure Design

Users can use AI tools to generate action figures, character models, toy concepts, character display images, or related creative design images.

User Community / Creation Sharing

Users may choose to publicly share their AI creations. Other users may view, like, or interact with these shared creations.

Some features may be available for free trial, while other features may require account registration, credits purchase, membership subscription, or payment.

XLIKE may use in-house systems, third-party AI models, payment service providers, cloud service providers, or other technical service providers to deliver the Service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, XLIKE is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any underlying AI model provider, payment platform, or third-party service provider.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require users to create an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and for keeping your account, password, and login credentials secure.

You agree that you will not:

• Register or use an account by impersonating another person;
• Register an account using false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• Use your account for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or rule-violating activities;
• Transfer, rent, sell, or provide your account to others for misuse;
• Fail to notify XLIKE if you discover unauthorized access or security risks related to your account.

Any loss caused by account information leakage, password loss, or unauthorized use due to the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user.

4. User Rules

When using XLIKE, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Not bypass, crack, attack, interfere with, or circumvent platform restrictions, security measures, or payment systems;
• Not abuse AI generation features, APIs, servers, membership systems, or platform resources;
• Not upload, generate, edit, or distribute illegal, infringing, false, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or harmful content;
• Not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, portrait rights, voice rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legal rights;
• Not use the Service for spam, fraud, malicious marketing, automated attacks, crawler abuse, or other improper activities;
• Not use XLIKE to generate content that may mislead consumers, imitate brands, falsely imply official authorization, or harm the rights of others.

If a user violates these Terms, XLIKE reserves the right to restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, cancel orders, or pursue further action where appropriate.

5. Generated Content and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms and applicable laws:

• Paid users / subscribed users may use content generated through XLIKE for personal or commercial purposes;
• Free users may generally use generated content only for personal learning, testing, preview, or non-commercial purposes, unless XLIKE expressly states otherwise;
• Images, text, trademarks, personal photos, product materials, music materials, video materials, or other content uploaded by users remain owned by the original rights holders or the users who lawfully own them;
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded materials, prompts, generated content, and final use do not infringe any third-party rights.

Users understand and agree that AI-generated content may be similar to existing content, inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent in style, contain detail errors, or fail to meet specific commercial requirements.

XLIKE does not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, eligible for trademark registration, eligible for copyright protection, producible, sellable, or fully aligned with user expectations.

Users are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, portrait rights, voice rights, advertising compliance, e-commerce platform review, commercial promotion, or other legal risks arising from their use of generated content.

6. Jewelry, Accessories, Action Figures, and Intellectual Property Notice

When using XLIKE to generate jewelry, accessories, rings, necklaces, action figures, character images, product images, or other design content, users must ensure that they have the legal right to use any uploaded images, text, brand names, character settings, personal images, trademarks, logos, packaging, patterns, or other materials.

Users may not use XLIKE to generate, imitate, modify, sell, or distribute any content that may infringe third-party rights, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized brand logos, trademarks, packaging, or product appearances;
• Unauthorized anime, movie, game, celebrity, influencer, public figure, or virtual character images;
• Counterfeit, imitation, or confusingly similar jewelry, accessories, action figures, or merchandise;
• Unauthorized use of another person's photos, portrait, name, voice, or personal characteristics;
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

AI-generated jewelry, accessory, action figure, and character design results provided by XLIKE are for creative reference, visual preview, or design assistance only. Users must not interpret any generated result as confirmation by XLIKE that the content is legally producible, sellable, trademarkable, copyrightable, or commercially usable.

If users use AI-generated jewelry, accessories, action figures, character images, or other design content for production, sales, advertising, e-commerce listings, social media promotion, or other commercial purposes, users are responsible for confirming that the content does not create infringement risks and shall bear all related legal responsibilities.

If XLIKE discovers that content may involve infringement, counterfeiting, or unauthorized use of brands or character images, XLIKE reserves the right to refuse generation, remove content, restrict display, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or refuse further service.

7. Special Notice on AI Jewelry and Accessory Production

XLIKE's AI jewelry, accessory, ring, necklace, and related design features are mainly intended for:

• Creative previews;
• Style visualization;
• Personalized design references;
• Customer communication;
• Preliminary production requirement descriptions.

AI-generated jewelry or accessory images are not equivalent to:

• Final CAD files;
• Accurate 3D engineering models;
• Technical drawings ready for production;
• Commitments to physical finished products;
• Final confirmation of material, size, setting structure, or production process.

For actual production, size, material, thickness, ring size, stone setting, structural strength, production feasibility, and other details should be confirmed through manual review, factory evaluation, CAD modeling, and final production files.

XLIKE does not guarantee that AI-generated jewelry, accessories, or ring designs can be directly produced, or that their structure, proportions, materials, dimensions, or production processes meet actual manufacturing requirements.

8. Film, Music, Video, and Voice Copyright Notice

When using XLIKE's AI image, AI video, AI music, AI jewelry/accessory design, AI action figure design, or community sharing features, users must ensure that any content they upload, input, generate, edit, or publish does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, voice rights, performer rights, sound recording rights, film rights, music rights, or other legal rights.

Users may not, without authorization, use XLIKE to generate, edit, imitate, upload, distribute, or commercially use the following content, including but not limited to:

• Images, clips, characters, lines, posters, scenes, or visual elements from movies, TV series, anime, variety shows, short videos, music videos, or other audiovisual works;
• The name, portrait, voice, image, or personal characteristics of celebrities, actors, singers, influencers, livestreamers, public figures, or virtual idols;
• Unauthorized music, melodies, lyrics, backing tracks, samples, recordings, scores, sound effects, or musical works;
• Content that clearly imitates the voice of a specific singer, voice actor, film character, anime character, or famous person;
• Content that may cause the public to mistakenly believe there is authorization, cooperation, sponsorship, or an official relationship with a movie, TV series, musician, brand, IP, character, or copyright owner;
• AI videos, AI music, action figures, jewelry, accessories, or derivative works used for counterfeiting, confusion, misleading consumers, or infringing third-party rights.

AI videos, AI music, and other generated results provided by XLIKE are for creative assistance, design reference, demo preview, or content creation support only.

XLIKE does not guarantee that generated content will not be similar to existing movies, music, characters, voices, images, melodies, or other works. XLIKE also does not guarantee that generated content can be used for commercial publishing, advertising, e-commerce sales, social media promotion, film distribution, or music platform release.

If users use generated content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, advertisements, e-commerce platforms, music platforms, film platforms, or other public commercial scenarios, users are responsible for confirming that they have proper legal authorization and shall bear all copyright, portrait, voice, trademark, advertising compliance, or other legal responsibilities.

If XLIKE discovers that content may involve unauthorized use of films, music, celebrities, characters, voices, brands, IP, or other protected content, XLIKE reserves the right to refuse generation, remove content, restrict display, disable sharing, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or refuse further service.

9. Community Rules

If a user chooses to publish a creation to XLIKE's community, gallery, showcase page, or other public area, the user agrees that the creation may be viewed, liked, displayed, or recommended within the platform.

When publishing creations, users must ensure that:

• The content does not include illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or infringing material;
• They do not upload photos, trademarks, brands, characters, celebrity images, or copyrighted materials without authorization;
• They do not publish false, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or misleading content;
• They do not use community features to harass, insult, attack, deceive, or harm other users;
• They do not manipulate popularity through fake likes, fake comments, automated scripts, or other improper means.

XLIKE reserves the right to hide, remove, restrict display, disable sharing, or take account-related action against creations that violate the rules.

Users understand and agree that once a creation is publicly shared, it may be viewed, liked, commented on, or screenshotted by other users. Please do not publicly post personal information, private photos, trade secrets, or sensitive content that you do not wish to disclose.

10. Prohibited Content

Users may not use XLIKE to generate, edit, upload, share, or distribute the following content:

• Pornographic, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, NSFW, adult, or 18+ content;
• Illegal, fraudulent, scam-related, money laundering, terrorist, or other unlawful content;
• Hateful, discriminatory, insulting, harassing, threatening, or abusive content;
• Violent, bloody, self-harm, abusive content, or content encouraging harm to others;
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, portrait rights, voice rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other third-party rights;
• Counterfeit brand content, fake authorization, misleading consumer content, or false advertising;
• Malware, phishing, hacking, security circumvention, or other technical abuse content;
• Content involving inappropriate images of minors, exploitation, harm, or unlawful use of minors' images;
• Any other content that XLIKE considers likely to create legal, safety, reputation, or compliance risks.

XLIKE reserves the right to refuse processing, block, remove, or restrict such content, and to restrict or terminate user accounts depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Subscriptions, Credits, Payments, and Membership Benefits

XLIKE may offer membership subscriptions, credit top-ups, feature packages, or other paid services.

Specific prices, credit amounts, membership benefits, usage limits, validity periods, credit consumption rules, and payment methods will be displayed on the pricing page, payment page, or relevant service description.

After payment, the system may, depending on the purchased package:

• Add credits to the user's account;
• Activate a membership level;
• Unlock specific AI features;
• Provide higher generation limits, faster processing, or additional permissions;
• Save generation history;
• Provide other membership benefits.

Different features may consume different amounts of credits. AI image, AI video, AI music, AI jewelry design, AI action figure design, and other functions may have different credit consumption standards. The actual rules displayed on the page shall prevail.

XLIKE reserves the right to adjust package prices, credit ratios, and membership benefits based on model costs, server costs, payment costs, service strategy, or market conditions. Benefits already purchased and still valid will generally not be affected unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Users should confirm package content, price, validity period, feature scope, and credit consumption rules before making payment.

12. Payment Services and Third-Party Platforms

XLIKE may process payments through third-party payment service providers, including credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, international payment platforms, or other online payment methods.

Users may be redirected to a third-party payment page to complete payment.

Payment information, card information, and other sensitive payment data are generally processed by third-party payment service providers. XLIKE may not directly store full payment card information.

For payment failures, delays, refunds, or fee disputes caused by third-party payment platforms, banks, networks, risk control measures, chargebacks, exchange rates, settlement issues, or account issues, XLIKE will make reasonable efforts to assist but does not guarantee the third-party service itself.

When using third-party payment services, users may also be subject to that third-party payment platform's terms of service, privacy policy, and risk control rules.

13. Refund Policy

Because XLIKE provides digital content, AI generation services, credits, and virtual membership benefits, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

The following situations generally do not qualify as reasons for a refund:

• The user has already consumed credits;
• The user has already used AI generation features;
• The user is not satisfied with the generation result;
• The user made a purchase by mistake;
• The user did not fully read the package description;
• The user cannot use the Service normally due to their own device, network, browser, or operation issues;
• The user's account is restricted or banned due to violation of platform rules;
• The generated content fails third-party platform review, advertising review, or e-commerce platform review.

If there is a billing error, duplicate charge, technical error, or other special situation, users may contact XLIKE support. We will review the request manually based on the actual circumstances.

If applicable law provides users with mandatory refund rights, these Terms do not limit such legal rights.

14. Service Availability

XLIKE will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable operation of the Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, delay-free, error-free, or always successful.

The Service may be affected by:

• Restrictions, failures, or price changes from AI model providers;
• Cloud server, network, database, or storage service issues;
• Payment platform failures;
• System maintenance or upgrades;
• High traffic volume;
• User device, browser, or network environment issues;
• Legal, compliance, security, or risk control reasons;
• Force majeure or other circumstances beyond XLIKE's control.

XLIKE reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue certain features when necessary without prior notice.

15. Data and Privacy

XLIKE will process user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We may collect and store necessary information related to accounts, orders, memberships, credits, generation history, community sharing, customer support, security protection, and service improvement.

Some requests from users who are not signed in may be processed temporarily. Information from signed-in users may be used for account features, history records, subscriptions, billing, security risk control, and service optimization.

16. Limitation of Liability

XLIKE provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XLIKE makes no warranties that:

• The Service will always be available;
• AI-generated results will be completely accurate;
• Generated content will be fully original or not similar to existing works;
• Generated content will always be suitable for commercial use;
• Generated content can always be produced, registered, sold, listed, or approved by third-party platforms;
• Third-party models, payment platforms, cloud services, or other external services will always remain stable;
• Users' use of generated content will not create any legal, copyright, advertising, platform review, or commercial risks.

To the extent permitted by law, XLIKE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, brand damage, advertising losses, platform bans, order losses, or other consequential damages.

17. Changes to These Terms

XLIKE reserves the right to modify these Terms based on business, technical, legal, or compliance needs.

If there are material changes to these Terms, we may notify users through website announcements, page notices, email, or other reasonable methods.

Continued use of XLIKE after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Termination of Service

If a user violates these Terms, abuses the Service, infringes the rights of others, engages in illegal activities, or creates risks for the platform, XLIKE reserves the right to:

• Suspend or restrict certain features;
• Remove related content;
• Freeze credits or membership benefits;
• Suspend or terminate the account;
• Refuse further service;
• Cancel orders;
• Report to relevant authorities where necessary.

If a user's account is terminated, benefits, credits, or content obtained or used in violation of platform rules may not be restored or refunded.
